Putting our house on Airbnb seemed like a no brainer as we saw how fast it was growing and really changing the travel industry much like Uber changed transportation. We quickly realized we had no idea what we were doing and if we wanted to do it right and not have to worry about, we needed to find someone or a company to manage it for us. Enter the team at Second Door. They have handled everything for us and we get to sit back and watch the money roll in without any effort. The financial package we get from them each month is super detailed and helps us see how things are working. I also never realized how much interaction goes on between the host and the incoming guests. We just simply wouldn’t have been able to keep up ourselves, so knowing Second Door handles that for us is awesome! Second Door has really helped us turn this house into some very nice and steady passive income!

Second Door made the whole process of managing a home on Airbnb a piece of cake. I haven’t had to do anything really. One of my favorite things they do is provide me with a financial report each month. As a business guy myself, it’s really great to be able to see behind the scenes without really having to do any work. The level of service from the Second Door team is outstanding. I can’t wait to get more properties to let them manage for me!

Jeramey is a wonderful host who responds quickly even to a phone call. The house is in a great location, clean, and modern! Onsite parking and in walking distance to local attractions (shopping) and restaurants. Amazing Airbnb! One of the best that we have stayed in by far. Five star accommodation on all levels.

This house was amazing! The furnishings are over the top and the game room sealed the deal for the kids. Not to mention a great back yard that backs to the shopping mall with easy access to the parking lot. This house is in a great location with easy access to the Kansas City Speedway, downtown, and Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun. Great place to stay!

Oh man where to start on how AMAZING this house is! The beds are comfortable, there is a TV in every room, arcade games on the lower level and a game room with a ping pong table and skee-ball machine on the main level! The weather was cold while we were there but there is so much to do inside the house that you would have never even thought about leaving. The backyard has a walk path right up to the back of Zona Rosa Shopping center so on those nice days you dont even have to drive to go eat dinner, get some drinks, or do shopping. I will be staying again!
